The Promotional Portfolio Partner Price is a specially discounted rate available to couples who partner with us by completing a few simple requirements.

Couples agree to:

• Provide décor-focused photos after the wedding
• Submit required reviews
• Complete at least one social media share
• Participate in optional referrals

Limited Availability:

Partner pricing is offered for each specific décor piece or collection until we have gathered a complete gallery of high-quality images for that item.

Once that gallery is complete, partner pricing for that particular piece or collection will close and standard pricing will apply.

Couples receiving the partner price agree to submit the following:

Required Photos:

• At least 5–10 high-quality photos featuring our décor
• At least TWO photos of the bride and groom
• Portraits, ceremony images, or editorial-style photos
• Photos showing our décor with the bride and groom is a plus

Photo Sources:

• Your professional photographer (we will credit your photographer)
• Beyond Blessed Weddings (if present during setup)
• Or a combination of both

Timing:

Photos should be submitted once you receive your full wedding gallery.

These images help us create a beautiful, cohesive, and inspirational visual portfolio for future couples.

To help future brides discover Beyond Blessed Weddings, couples agree to leave:

• One Google review
• At least one additional review on The Knot, WeddingWire, and/or Facebook

Notes:

• These reviews are required to receive the partner price
• We will provide review links and a reminder a few weeks after your wedding
• Reviews are a tremendous blessing to our small business and very appreciated!

Couples agree to complete both of the following:

Before Your Wedding:

• Share a post or reel featuring our décor and tag us
  OR
• Share one of our posts to your personal social media

After Your Wedding:

• Share a post or reel from your wedding day that includes our décor and tag us,
  OR
• Share one of our posts featuring your décor once your photos are delivered

Purpose:

• Helps grow visibility in two seasons: before the wedding and after when you have professional images
• Allows your friends, family, and engaged acquaintances to discover our work
• Ensures your wedding contributes to our organic, faith-centered marketing efforts

Referrals are optional, but a wonderful blessing if you choose to participate.

How referrals work:

• Earn $25 off your remaining balance for each booked referral
• A referral includes:
• Word-of-mouth recommendations
• A friend or family member’s social media post
• Your own social media post
• Any bride who books because of your influence

Notes:

• Discounts apply only to your remaining balance
• Must be used before your final payment is made
• Referral participation is optional

Referral Tracking:

During checkout, they will answer:

“How did you hear about Beyond Blessed Weddings?”

If they select word of mouth, a family/friend social post, or another personal recommendation, we will follow up with:

“Who recommended us so we can thank them properly and give them discounts if they are part of our Portfolio Partner Price Program?”

This ensures accurate credit for every referral.

This program allows us to:

• Build a strong, beautiful, diverse photo portfolio
• Grow visibility among local brides
• Provide inspiration for couples planning meaningful, faith-centered weddings
• Bless couples with reduced pricing
• Grow through organic connection instead of heavy advertising

The Promotional Portfolio Partner Price is available for:

• Select premium décor pieces and collections
• Couples who agree to all program requirements
• A limited number of spots for each piece or collection

Once we have a complete gallery of images for a décor piece or collection, that item will no longer qualify for partner pricing.

1. Check Eligibility

Eligible décor pieces or collections will display:

“This item qualifies for our Promotional Portfolio Partner Price — Learn more.”

2. Agree During Reservation

During booking, couples read and agree to the Portfolio Partner requirements in order to receive the discounted rate.

3. Complete the Before-Wedding Requirements

Before the wedding date, couples are asked to:

• Follow Beyond Blessed Weddings on Instagram and/or Facebook
• Complete at least one pre-wedding share & tag
  (or share one of our posts)

Optional referrals may be submitted for discounts before the final payment.

4. Complete the After-Wedding Requirements

After the wedding and once your photo gallery has been delivered, couples submit:

• 5–10 décor-focused photos
• 2 bride & groom photos with the décor
• One post-wedding share & tag
• A Google review
• At least one additional review on The Knot, WeddingWire, and/or Facebook

In Good Faith & Grace Policy

The Promotional Portfolio Partner Price is built on mutual trust, honesty, and partnership. We honor the discounted rate based on your agreement to complete the before- and after-wedding requirements, and we trust that you will do so.

No additional charges will ever be added after your wedding, even if some items are delayed or unable to be completed.

We simply ask that couples fulfill the program requirements in good faith and to the best of their ability, understanding how valuable your photos, reviews, and shares are to our small, faith-inspired business.

We also understand that life happens, and we always welcome open communication.

Our heart is partnership, integrity, and grace — never pressure.
