Fresh floral packages often range from $2,500–$6,000+, while a similar sized floral package with our faux flowers typically range from $1250–$3000, even with optional fresh accents. We also don’t have a minimum order like most fresh flower flowers so you can rent only what you need.

Repurpose your faux florals

Yes. We primarily use premium Real Touch blooms chosen for their lifelike petals, soft texture, natural movement, and beautiful appearance in photographs.

When a Real Touch flower option is unavailable, we suggest adding in fresh blooms or we can select the highest-quality silk alternative for a cohesive, natural appearance.

We can add fresh flowers in on-site at the wedding venue.

We do not install fresh flowers at our studio, the day before, or off-site.

The only thing we can add ahead of time is hardy greenery.

Hardy greenery examples include eucalyptus, ruscus, salal, plumosa fern, etc. These types last beautifully for days and does not require tubes or cool storage.

If you want fresh flowers or filler added:

– Unifour Floral Wholesale in Hickory (they sell to the public at a minimal markup over wholesale). You would need to pick up the flowers.

—Or we can place an order for you through Mayesh at only 15% above wholesale (with $300 faux rental minimum). The flowers would then be shipped to you.

—Unifour vs. Mayesh— Unifour is going to end up being cheaper for you if you can pick up the flowers. Mayesh.com has a great flower library to see images of flowers and colors.

We do not hydrate, trim, clean, de-leaf, or prepare fresh flowers of any kind.

All processing must be handled by:

• you
• your florist
• your coordinator
• your planner
• or friends/family

We only insert processed hardy flowers on-site.

However, we WILL process and add in fresh greenery to our designs either ahead of time or on site if requested.

We also offer a DIY flowers rental kit that makes processing your fresh flowers easier. It includes buckets, snippers, rose dethorner tool and gloves, fresh flower food, and a helpful guide to processing your flowers.

We use Salal (lemon leaf), Israeli Ruscus, Gunni Eucalyptus, and Plumosa Fern as our standard greenery options. These four were carefully chosen because they are affordable, exceptionally hearty, and stay fresh for days—even outside of water.

Each one adds something unique to the overall look:

• Salal covers mechanics well and adds fullness. It resembles fresh rose leaves.
• Israeli Ruscus gives elegant height and structure
• Gunni Eucalyptus offers soft, natural movement
• Plumosa Fern brings an airy, romantic texture

Together, they create a lush, elevated style that pairs beautifully with our hybrid faux-and-fresh floral designs. If you would like specialty greenery beyond these four options, you’re welcome to provide it for us to incorporate on site.

For brides without a cooler, we strongly recommend hardy flowers that can last without refrigeration.

Hardy Flowers Recommended

These hold up beautifully and are easy for brides, planners, and florists to work with:

• Roses
• Spray roses
• Lisianthus
• Carnations (regular & mini)
• Mums (button, daisy, spider, disbuds)
• Baby’s breath
• Waxflower
• Statice / Limonium
• Caspia

These are ideal for on-site day of installation.

Delicate Flowers Not Recommended (unless handled by a florist + stored cold)

These wilt quickly and require constant hydration:

• Hydrangea
• Peonies
• Tulips
• Garden roses (especially open-faced)
• Anemones
• Ranunculus
• Scabiosa
• Cosmos
• Lilac
• Stephanotis
• Gardenias

If you want these blooms, please hire a florist to install them.

Flowers Not Recommended Due to Pollen Staining 

The pollen from these flowers can stain our flowers, your clothes, and hands: 

• Lilies (all varieties)
• Sunflowers
• Stargazers
• Alstroemeria
• Daffodils
• Amaryllis
• Oriental Poppies
• Hibiscus

You might be able to remove the stamens ahead of time. However, beware of buds that open after mixing with faux flowers. You would be responsible for the replacement cost of any stained faux flowers.

Wonderful — we can blend beautifully with florist work. Check with your florist and their contract, however most don’t mind if you have both faux and fresh flower arrangements in different areas. However, they may or may not be willing to insert fresh flowers into our arrangements. 

Your florist may require that they:

• provide all fresh flowers
• process flowers
• hydrate stems
• transport blooms
• insert fresh into our designs

• flower colors
• stem lengths
• insertion points
• mechanical structure, we can build our designs in wet foam if needed for an additional fee
• how the faux and fresh will blend

We can assist with placement of hardy flowers in our designs on site (optional for an additional fee).

All dates and add-on flower choice selections are first come, first served.

At this time, our faux florals are offered as an add-on to our premium décor rentals (such as crosses, backdrops, flower walls, statement backdrops, or curated décor collections), rather than as standalone flower rentals.
