Delivery & Setup Policy

We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services for our altar crosses, flower walls, statement backdrops, faux flowers, and decor collections. Our delivery system is designed to keep your experience simple, clear, and stress-free, while honoring our commitment to excellence, safety, and faith based values.  

  • IMPORTANT:

    Our delivery tiers apply to small-to-medium décor loads that fit safely within approximately 100 cubic feet of usable cargo space.

    If your rentals exceed this volume, we will provide a custom delivery quote before your invoice is finalized.

    Same Day Delivery & Pickup Includes:

    • Delivery of all booked décor
    • Same-day pickup (when allowed by the venue)

    Delivery Tiers (Based on Distance From Hickory, NC):

    • Local Delivery (0–15 miles): $50
    • Nearby Delivery (16–30 miles): $75
    • Extended Delivery (31–50 miles): $100
    • Long Distance (51–65 miles): $125
    • Far Distance (66–75 miles): $150
    • Beyond 75 miles: Custom quote provided

    Delivery fees reflect same day round-trip travel and careful loading/unloading.

  • Your delivery fee includes:

    • Professional transport and handling of your booked décor
    • Safe loading, padding, and protective bracing during transport
    • Careful unloading at your venue
    • Coordination with venue staff for access if needed
    • Delivery of all items that qualify for delivery
    • Same-day pickup (when permitted by the venue).

    We transport each piece with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

  • Setup Included at No Extra Charge: 

    • Altar crosses
    • Flower walls (fresh floral or greenery inserts are extra)
    • Statement backdrops

    These items require tools, trained handling, and precise installation.

    Setup NOT Included for Small Décor or Decor Collections

    These items are DIY setup by the couple, planner, or wedding party unless setup services are added.

    Fresh Floral or Greenery Inserts (Extra):

    Fresh floral installation for walls, arches, or crosses is billed separately.

    A custom quote is provided during your consultation.

    Optional Setup Add-On:

    If you want our team to set up your rented décor items, we offer setup services.

    Setup Add-On Pricing:

    • Starts at $100 per hour for two team members
    • More than two needed workers increases the rate
    • Billed in estimated hourly increments
    • Custom quote provided based on décor volume and complexity

  • We do not offer Sunday return pickups (or self returns) to honor the Sabbath as a day of rest.

    For Friday and Saturday weddings, we offer Monday return pickup.

    Same-Day Pickup (Included):

    Most venues require same-night removal.

    This service is included in your delivery fee.

    Return Pickup (Additional Fee):

    If your venue allows décor to remain overnight, or you need more time to clean and organize your rented items, return pickup is available on the Monday following your rental weekend. 

    Monday Pickup Fees:

    • Local (0–15 miles): +$25
    • Nearby (16–30 miles): +$40
    • Extended (31–50 miles): +$50
    • Long Distance (51–65 miles): +$65
    • Far Distance (66–75 miles): +$75
    • Beyond 75 miles: Custom quote
    • The above pick up fees apply to small-to-medium décor loads that fit safely within approximately 100 cubic feet of usable cargo space. 
    • If your rentals exceed this volume, we will provide a custom pick up quote before your invoice is finalized.
    • Difficult pick up logistics would also increase the pick up fee.

  • Included at No Extra Delivery Fee:

    If your items fit safely within approximately 100 cubic feet of usable cargo space, they are included in your delivery fee.

    If Your Rentals Exceed 100 Cubic Feet:

    A custom delivery quote may be required, which may include:

    • Using a larger vehicle
    • Extra delivery staff
    • Multiple loads
    • Additional travel logistics

    All custom quotes are provided before your invoice is finalized.

  • Yes — for certain smaller items only.

    Eligible for Free Self Pickup:

    • Decor collections
    • Small faux-floral rentals
    • Add-on décor
    • Décor with no fresh greenery or flowers
    • Items that fit safely in an enclosed vehicle

    Wednesdays or Thursdays — by appointment

    Transportation Requirement:

    To protect our décor:

    Items may NOT be transported in an open-bed pickup truck.

    Only enclosed vehicles (SUVs, vans, or covered cargo areas) are permitted.

    Not Eligible for Self Pickup:

    • Altar crosses
    • Flower walls
    • Statement backdrops
    • Faux florals with fresh greenery or flowers added
    • Large faux floral orders

  • Certain venues require additional labor due to difficult access.

    Examples:

    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Steep or uneven outdoor terrain
    • Long carry distances (150+ feet)
    • Narrow hallways or tight doorways
    • No nearby parking or loading zone
    • Elevator delays or restrictions
    • Split-level or multi-level venues

    When Extra Labor Fees Apply:

    Extra fees may be added when delivery requires:

    • Additional staff for safety
    • More time than standard delivery
    • Specialized equipment (carts, dollies, ramps)
    • Careful maneuvering of large rentals or a large volume rental order

    Fee Structure:

    • Additional labor starts at $50–$100+ depending on complexity
    • A custom quote is provided once venue details are known
    • All fees appear on your invoice before approval

  • Please notify us if your venue requires:

    • Loading dock entry
    • Freight elevator access
    • Specific setup/teardown windows
    • Long walking distances
    • Gate codes or security escort
    • After-hours access
    • Limited parking or loading conditions

    We can coordinate with venues to ensure smooth delivery and pickup.

    • Delivery fees apply per event
    • Sunday pickups/returns are not offered
    • Monday return pickups incur additional fees
    • Delivery-only items may not be self-picked-up
    • Custom quotes apply to oversized décor loads
    • Pickup windows must align with venue rules
    • All delivery/pickup schedules are confirmed before the event
