Delivery & Setup Policy

We provide professional delivery, setup, and pickup services for our signature crosses, flower walls, statement backdrops, and faux florals.

For our curated décor collections, delivery and pickup services are optional, allowing couples the flexibility to self-pickup and return when preferred.

Delivery and pickup pricing is calculated separately from rental items and is based on distance, load size, labor requirements, and logistical complexity. This approach allows us to safely handle each rental, care for our inventory, and serve a wide range of venues with varying access needs.

Our goal is to keep the process clear and transparent—so you know what to expect—while ensuring each delivery is handled with care, professionalism, and excellence.

  • Delivery pricing is based on distance (per mile) and load size.

    • Small to Medium Loads: $1.25 per mile
    • Large Loads: $1.50 per mile
    • $50 minimum delivery fee applies

    Mileage is calculated one way from our pickup location at 733 Tenth Ave SE, Hickory, NC 28602.

    Delivery and return pickup are priced separately.

    Examples (for reference):

    • A signature cross with pedestal and a few additional items is typically considered a small to medium load
    • Larger installations such as flower walls or more involved décor selections may be considered a large load

    Orders that require additional labor, extended delivery time, or complex logistics may require a custom delivery quote, which will always be discussed in advance.

  • Your delivery fee includes:

    • Professional transport and handling of your booked décor
    • Safe loading, padding, and protective bracing during transport
    • Careful unloading at your venue
    • Coordination with venue staff for access, when needed
    • Delivery of all booked rental items

    We transport each piece with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

    Pickup services are priced separately, as outlined above, and scheduled based on venue guidelines and rental arrangements. Décor rentals that do not require professional delivery may be returned to our facility by the client at no charge.

  • Setup Included at No Extra Charge:

    • Flower walls (fresh floral or greenery inserts are additional)
    • Statement backdrops

    These items require tools, trained handling, and precise installation and are always set up by our team.

    Setup Not Included for:

    • Décor collections
    • Add-on décor rentals

    Fresh Floral or Greenery Inserts

    Fresh floral or greenery installation for walls, arches, and onsite additions is billed separately.

    A custom quote is provided during your consultation.

    Optional Setup Add-On

    If you’d like our team to set up your rented décor items, setup services may be added.

    Setup pricing:

    • Starts at $100 per hour for two team members
    • Additional team members increase the rate
    • Billed in estimated hourly increments
    • A custom quote is provided based on décor volume and complexity

  • To honor the Sabbath as a day of rest, we do not offer Sunday return pickups or Sunday self-returns.

    For Friday and Saturday weddings:

    • Same-day pickup is scheduled when required by the venue and is priced separately based on mileage and scope.
    • Late-night pickup after 11:00 PM is subject to an additional fee.

    If items are able to remain overnight or are removed from the venue by the client, Monday return pickup is available and is priced per mile using the same rate structure as delivery. A $50 minimum pickup fee applies.

    Pickup pricing may increase for additional labor or complex logistics and will always be confirmed in advance.

    Décor rentals that do not require professional delivery may be returned to our facility by the client by appointment on Monday.

  • Yes — self pickup and return are available for certain décor rentals only.

    Pickup & Return Details

    • Pickup days: Wednesdays or Thursdays, by appointment
    • Return day: Mondays, by appointment
    • Location: 733 Tenth Ave SE, Hickory, NC 28602

    To protect our inventory, items may not be transported in open-bed pickup trucks. Enclosed vehicles (SUVs, vans, box trucks, or trucks with professionally covered cargo areas) are required.

    Not Eligible for Self Pickup or Return

    • Statement backdrops
    • Faux florals (delivery and pickup required in most cases)

    Very small faux floral orders may be approved for self pickup on a case-by-case basis.

  • Some venues require additional time or labor due to access limitations or site conditions.

    Examples may include:

    • Stairs or multi-level venues
    • Long carry distances
    • Uneven or outdoor terrain
    • Narrow hallways or restricted access
    • Limited or distant loading zones

    When delivery or pickup requires additional staff, extended time, or specialized equipment, an extra labor fee may apply.

    Additional labor fees typically start at $50–$100+, depending on complexity.

    Any additional fees will be discussed in advance and confirmed before your invoice is finalized.

  • Please notify us in advance if your venue requires:

    • Loading dock entry
    • Freight elevator access
    • Specific setup or teardown windows
    • Long walking distances from parking or loading areas
    • Gate codes or security escort
    • After-hours access
    • Limited parking or restricted loading conditions

    We’re happy to coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth delivery, setup, and pickup.

    • Sunday pickups or self-returns are not offered
    • Monday return pickups are available for an additional fee
    • Items requiring professional delivery may not be self-picked up
    • Covered/enclosed vehicles are required for all self pickup and return
    • Oversized or complex décor orders may require a custom quote
    • Pickup windows must align with venue access and regulations
    • All delivery and pickup schedules are confirmed in advance
    • We handle your rented décor with care to ensure a beautiful presentation
    • Prices are subject to change prior to reservation confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, rates will not change unless site conditions, access limitations, or logistical requirements differ from what was originally described.
